We’re looking for a  Scalability Test Engineer  to play a critical role in validating cutting-edge autonomous software. This is not your typical QA role—you’ll be stress-testing software, simulating real-world conditions, and helping ensure our systems are rock solid at scale.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in simulation environments to test and validate autonomous vehicle software.

• Design and execute scalability and performance tests to evaluate how systems respond under stress and real-world demand.

• Troubleshoot and analyze complex system behavior to identify and resolve bugs effectively.

• Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to support seamless and reliable software releases.

• Execute detailed test plans and compile performance data to deliver actionable insights.

• Document issues and progress using tools like JIRA, Jama, and Confluence.

• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute ideas to enhance testing strategy.

• Manage local server infrastructure and test environments in-office.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help influence the direction of future software updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).

• 3+ years of experience in QA, performance testing, or related fields.

• Strong expertise in scalability and software performance testing.

• Ability to analyze system behavior in both real and simulated environments.

• Experience managing server infrastructure and networked systems.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Jama, Confluence, and other test-tracking platforms.

• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).

• Proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be local and available for full-time, on-site work.
