The Job: Client is looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager with over 10 years of experience. The software testing and test management experience with a major bank in SAP Projects including maintenance and new implementation and Customer (Interfaces with SAP). Successful in managing geographically dispersed project teams and multiple projects, as well as coordinating schedules and procedures across departments in the software Development Life Cycle.

Skills and Experience_

• Must have over 10 years of experience in SAP QA Testing, Defect Tracking, Test Cases etc.
• Strong collaborative and coaching skills with a passion for finding process improvements and working streamlined solutions.
• Expertise including developing and maintaining project plans, estimations, specifications, flowcharts, and working on preparing presentations
• Experience in Banking or Financial Industry is strongly desired.
• Expert in Defect Tracking, Creating Test Cases
• Proficient in designing, reviewing and documenting system test plans, defining test procedures and creating test cases on the basis of product release related technical documents.
• Preferred cannidates must have hands on automation experience with Selenium and API
• Other preferred skils of the role:
  • Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
  • Strong experience performing manual testing
  • Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
  • Good team and people skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Able to
  • host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
  • work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
  • collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues
  • coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
