Job Description

Enterprise Horizon is seeking SAP On-Site Support (OSS) Specialists to provide post go-live support for a major DoD ERP effort. This role will support three waves of on-site support and travel to various on-site CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations will be required. On-Site Support (OSS) personnel will be positioned at selected locations for 120 days post wave Go-Live. OSS personnel will troubleshoot user issues, conduct ad-hoc training, and track, research, and escalate trouble tickets to support the successful deployment. Job duties may include:

• Provide on-site support in various locations.
• Assist OSS customers using the DoD ERP to resolve issues related to knowledge of the process, incorrect master data, or systemic problems.
• Administer refresher training on all key business process areas to end-user personnel.
• Provide support in the form of official documentation and resources to complete DoD ERP General Funds related business operations in the areas of Cost Management, Financials, Funds Management, Reimbursable, and Spending Chain.
• Provide and resolve business user issues and concerns via regular conference calls with the Deployment Team and Parent Financial Management Organization.
• Support emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls with the deployed to community.
• Coordinate with parent organizations to assist support personnel with DoD ERP General Funds issues and concerns.
• Aid in the resolution of end user problems and incidents, escalate trouble tickets when appropriate.

Work Schedule: 100% on-site work is required. Ability to travel to various CONUS is required. Ability to trave to OCONUS locations is highly desired. CONUS locations: Florida, Ohio, Texas, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, California, Colorado. OCONUS locations:Germany, Japan.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required
• MUST be open to travel to all CONUS locations: Florida, Ohio, Texas, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, California, Colorado.
• Open to travelling to OCONUS locations in Germany, Japan is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years overall IT experience
• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Prior DoD ERP General Funds experience is highly desired
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in an application maintenance environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven success contributing to a team-oriented environment

Military Installation Access:

• Active Secret Security Clearance with SSBI check is required.
• Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to pass IT1 security clearance with SSBI checks.

Pay Scale

$82,000 to $132,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
