As a
Salesforce Developer I , you’ll assist in building and maintaining Salesforce applications and automations. You’ll work alongside senior developers and stakeholders to support existing processes and contribute to new feature development. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Salesforce career who’s eager to grow and gain hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
What you’ll be doing: - Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of custom Salesforce applications.
- Support development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Help maintain and update flows, validation rules, and formulas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce features and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from senior developers.
- Support the documentation of technical processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with business users and team leads to translate requirements into technical tasks.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend applicable features.
What You’ll Bring: - 1–2 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and basic admin tasks.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (or actively working toward it)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative team.
