Job Description

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a seasoned application developer with deep experience building on the Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and supporting custom solutions that enable key business processes. You’ll collaborate across technical and functional teams to deliver robust, scalable applications that align with evolving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build tailored applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related platform tools.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs and various connection methods.

  • Write efficient, well-structured, and documented code following established standards and practices.

  • Conduct thorough unit testing and assist with issue resolution during development and post-deployment.

  • Participate in implementation activities, including packaging and migrating changes across environments.

  • Investigate and address technical issues, bugs, and performance concerns.

  • Serve as a resource to peers and internal users for support and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful technical designs and ensure alignment with broader architectural patterns.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with fellow developers and technical leads to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

  • Take part in peer reviews, team knowledge sharing, and continuous learning initiatives.

  • Contribute to additional development and support tasks as needed.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area, or comparable hands-on experience.

  • Five or more years of experience creating solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Proficient in core technologies such as Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration approaches.

  • Skilled in building RESTful services and working with third-party APIs.

  • Strong logical reasoning and debugging ability.

  • Comfortable communicating technical concepts with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Effective working both independently and within team settings.

  • Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer is desirable.
