Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Puppy Placement • Match puppies with suitable and loving adoptive families. • Facilitate the adoption process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. • Offer payment options to customers and process transactions promptly. Animal Husbandry: • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of puppy kennels. • Perform daily shift operations related to animal care and hygiene. • Conduct mini grooming sessions and training sessions with the puppies. • Upon specific training and approval, administer medication when necessary and follow isolation procedures as required. Customer Experience: • Create an unforgettable customer experience by providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance. • Educate customers on various dog breeds, pet store facts, and responsible pet ownership. Sales and Transactions: • Handle cash transactions and use a cash register with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain an organized inventory of pet supplies and store-use items. • Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management. • Communication. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency.
