To provide comprehensive assistance to customers in servicing their bikes and in selecting and purchasing products or services tailored to their requirements. By consistently delivering exceptional workmanship and exemplary customer service, the Utility Player plays a pivotal role in driving the store's success and fostering a positive cycling experience for our customers. As Utility Player, you?ll be on the frontlines from sales to service, helping people have fun by riding bikes. You?ll get to build meaningful relationships with riders in your community.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS TO INCLUDE THURSDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY

Duties

� Serve our clients through a deep desire of caring and have a goal of solving their complete problem.
� Assist in maintaining a clean & organized store.
� Become an expert on your Critical Drivers (see Talent Map).
� Consistent delivery on your Strategic Outcomes (see Talent Map).
� Perform all mechanical work to the highest quality.
� Always maintain a properly merchandized & stocked Sales & Service Department.

Nice To Haves

? Participates in outdoors fitness (cycling, running, kayaking, hiking)

? Bicycle industry or retail experience
? Capable of basic bike builds
? Bicycle fitting experience
? Prior experience with Ascend (POS)

? Proficient with Microsoft products

? Experience in personal development and/or business coaching (Tony Robbins, Keith Cunningham, Mel Robbins, Grant Cardone, Andy Frisella, Ed Mylett, Rob Dyrdek, Brene Brown, David Goggins, etc.)
