About the client:
Venture capital backup company that owns a Web3/blockchain advertising network revolutionizing how digital brands reach their audiences. We're seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team. As a Web Designer you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the Web3 space, contributing to dynamic marketing solutions, website design, and UX/UI development.

Responsibilities :

• Create stunning, user-friendly website designs with a focus on marketing landing pages and SaaS UI/UX.
• Manipulate and refine graphics, icons, and assets to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of web pages.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is effectively translated into code while maintaining quality and user experience.
• Design and prototype user interfaces with an emphasis on usability, accessibility, and seamless navigation.
• Maintain design consistency across web properties and marketing materials.
• Conduct design audits to ensure websites meet performance, speed, and user engagement goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools within the Web3 and SaaS spaces.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience.
• Experience working with startups, YC - VC backup companies is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing landing pages, SaaS UI/UX designs, and web-focused projects (preferably shared on platforms like Dribbble or Behance).
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Experience with graphic manipulation and creating high-quality visual content for web applications.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (no coding required, but basic understanding is a plus).
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices, particularly in the context of SaaS and Web3 applications.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and managing time effectively.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.

Preferred :

• Latin American talent preferred due to timezone alignment.
• Previous experience working in the Web3 or blockchain space is a plus.
