About Us:  

At Holiday World, we’re dedicated to helping people create unforgettable experiences through the RV lifestyle. Our Katy location specializes in high-end motorhomes, including Newmar and Renegade models, providing a premium experience for our customers. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven Sales Representative who will go the extra mile to serve customers and embody the Holiday World spirit.

What We’re Looking For:  

Are you a people-friendly extrovert who thrives in a customer-focused environment? Do you have a passion for connecting people with luxury motorhomes and enjoy leveraging social media to bring in new customers? If so, this could be the role for you!

While previous experience in RV or motorhome sales would be a plus, it’s not required. What matters most is a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role has the potential to earn a six-figure income, but it requires dedication, a proactive approach, and the ability to hustle.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Sales Excellence: Engage with customers, learn the details of Newmar and Renegade motorhomes, and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Social Media Engagement: Actively promote our Katy location and high-end motorhomes on social media platforms to attract new foot traffic. This is a must!
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, going above and beyond to ensure they feel valued and supported.
• Weekend Availability: Work Saturdays, as it’s our busiest day, to ensure maximum availability for our customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to create a supportive, high-energy work environment.

What You Bring to the Table:  

• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency with social media and a willingness to post regularly to bring in extra foot traffic.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, along with standard business hours.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn; prior motorhome sales experience is a bonus but not required!
