Job Description: As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will oversee the restoration and installation of commercial roofing systems, ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and roofing crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial roofing restoration projects from start to finish.
• Oversee and direct roofing crews, ensuring safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure project specifications are being met.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Track and manage project budgets, labor costs, and timelines to ensure profitability.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and site conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent, with a focus on commercial restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and coatings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide crews.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
