Roofing Superintendent

Position Overview
The Roofing Superintendent will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Manage and lead roofing crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare reports on project status, including budget tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
