A growing Roofing company is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in construction, above-average organization skills, and excellent communication skills.

Roofing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple roofing crews
• Continuous monitoring of crews and communicating progress to senior management
• Use of an internal job tracking system for every project
• Review scope of work, submittals, and contracts, and document changes or work orders
• Eliminate punch list items before the crew leaves the job site
• Reviewing all specs and change orders before the final close-out of a project
• Constant and clear communication with clients and colleagues

Roofing Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in management. Some roofing experience is ideal but not mandatory
• Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree and/or General Contractor's license is a plus
• Good driving record

Roofing Project Manager Benefits:

• Salary $80,000 - $95,000 plus discretionary bonus
