Throughout the project, our project managers stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy with the job we have done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement all aspects of a construction or development project in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impacts to project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to clients and other stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of the construction process and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Multi-family, Residential, and Roofing construction and development.
