Title: Robotic Engineer

Location: Dayton, OH 45404

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

Founded in 1970 we are 110 employee metal forming manufacturer that supplies stamping & welded sub-assemblies to a variety of industries across the US. Over the past year we have placed a huge emphasis on revamping our engineering & quality departments to ensure that we continue to make top tier products as we serve the automotive & housing markets. We are targeting a Robotics Engineer with automotive manufacturing experience who will play a crucial role in implementing automation programs that will assure production of finished goods.

What You Will Be Doing

• Workflow Analysis and solution design
• Process Mapping
• Robotic Process Automation builds using RPA platforms
• Participate in continuous improvement innovations and presenting these for review
• Build flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and procedures
• Submitting Continuous Improvement Program ideas
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
• Knowledge of Automotive Industry Quality Systems (ISO/IATF)
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Experience in inspection techniques and metrology
• Blueprint reading including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
