RN & Licensed Practical Nurse 12/HR shifts Lebanon NH (LPN) $33.50 - (RN) $48.00 per hour Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered nurse (RN) looking for a deeply rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the life of a precious little one? Interim HealthCare is currently seeking both an exceptional RN and LPN to provide specialized care for a toddler who is prone to seizures. She has a trach, G-tube fed but eats yogurt puree fruits and thickened rice cereal. She uses several pieces of mobility equipment to propel herself. She loves to play with toys and be read to during tummy time This position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep connections with both the child and their family, providing essential medical care alongside emotional support and companionship. The family is looking for around the clock care and prefer twelve-hour shifts We are looking for TWO nurses, an LPN and RN. This assignment has a pay rate of $36.50 per hour for LPN and RN ($48.00/HR) Benefits

Job Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
• Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
