• Shift: 12Hour Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Days Per Week: 3
• Total Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM or 07:00 PM
• Shift End Time: 07:00 PM or 07:00 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an IMCU RN you will play a critical role in providing care to patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical treatment. This fulltime position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a patientcentered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care by making accurate nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Work within a nursepatient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 ensuring personalized and effective care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience. Acute care experience is strongly preferred but LTAC experience will be considered.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
