Retail Solar Lead Generator

$18 - $23 per hour | Base Pay + Commission | Flexible Schedule

We are hiring  Retail Solar Lead Generators to engage with customers in  big-box home improvement stores , educate them on the benefits of  solar panel systems and Tesla Powerwalls , and schedule in-home consultations with our energy specialists. Your Role & Responsibilities

As a  Retail Solar Lead Generator , you will be the first point of contact for customers considering solar energy. You’ll engage with shoppers, spark conversations about renewable energy, and  schedule free, no-obligation consultations with our solar specialists.

• Approach and engage  homeowners in-store to discuss solar and battery backup solutions.
• Educate potential customers on the  benefits of solar power and how it can reduce energy costs.
• Schedule in-home appointments for our solar consultants.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and energetic presence while working inside a  high-traffic retail environment .
• Track and manage lead information using company tools.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking  motivated and personable individuals who thrive in face-to-face customer interactions. Experience in  lead generation, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
