ServiceMaster Restore - Restoration Technician Needed

Responsibilities:

• Timely attendance
• Neat and clean appearance
• Respond to emergency remediation phone calls in a timely manner.
• Prep the vehicles with the appropriate equipment, products and supplies needed for each job.
• Assess the property for remediation, set up equipment on site, and demo as needed.
• Perform work in a safe and effective manner, meeting established guidelines.
• Document work performed (in writing and with pictures) on a daily basis.
• Carpet, air duct, hoarding, and biohazard/trauma cleaning

Qualifications:

• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to communicate effectively
• Exhibit a humble teachable attitude
• Exhibit strong attention to detail
• Able to be flexible with work hours (e.g. weekends, evenings, and holidays) when needed
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to bend, squat, climb ladders, and/or make repetitive motions (e.g. cleaning walls)
• Able to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces, attics)
