Job Description

The Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort is currently hiring a Resort Utility Worker. Do you enjoy a varied workday? Do you like cross-training across different departments? If so, you may like to be a Resort Utility Worker at Pine Mountain! Responsibilities:

• Able to assist in different departments of the resort, including Food and Beverage operations, golf course operations, and hotel operations such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
• Duties include the following, but are not limited to the following: Serving restaurant and banquet functions, bussing restaurant and banquet functions, dishwashing, washing golf carts, golf pro shop operations, and public space cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• An outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Well organized.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
