You will be responsible for cooking, cleaning, showers, activites, setting up appointments, transportation ect... As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. We are currently hiring for all shifts. MUST BE RELIABLE! CBRF is a plus! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans.
• Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Pass medication.
• Reliable.

Qualifications:

• 18+ or older.
• Must have CBRF.
• Must be dependable.
