Job Description The part time Vena Technical Consultant will be a pivotal member of our FP&A team, playing a key role in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our financial planning and analysis capabilities within the Vena software platform. This individual will primarily focus on building and enhancing complex allocation forecast functionalities across the entire software development life cycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-production support. They will also be responsible for maintaining the health and integrity of our Vena environments, including regular refreshes and updates, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy for our financial processes. Compensation: $100/hr-130/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements must haves: 5 years hands-on experience with the Vena platform, including advanced proficiency in Vena's Excel interface, Vena cubes, rules, workflows, data integration capabilities, and reporting functionalities. Proficiency in Power BI advanced excel skills Solid understanding of core FP&A concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost allocations, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
