Job Description

We are a  travel company that is looking for agents that want to specialize in theme parks travel experiences. From the comfort of your own home, you'll be able to bring the magic of theme parks to families and fans worldwide. 

Working from home, you will assist clients in creating their ideal Disney getaways in this capacity. Managing reservations, creating customized itineraries to theme parks locations all around the world, and keeping abreast of  most recent products and services are among your duties. We provide extensive training in trip planning  so prior experience is not necessary. In addition to offering benefits like travel discounts and a positive team environment, this role permits flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized theme parks vacation planning and guidance
• Oversee reservations and planning for resorts, cruises, and theme parks
• Keep yourself informed on the most recent theme parks locations, deals, and promotions
• Assist the client with their vacation planning in a seamless manner

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a computer, smartphone, or tablet
• Must live in one of the countries specified
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Must have a customer-oriented mindset
• Be enthusiastic about using social media
• Must be Energetic with a Positive Attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Organization and attention to detail to ensure successful group trips
