Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Sales Engineer to support our sales team in promoting our SaaS solutions targeted towards government and public safety sectors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and sales teams, ensuring customer needs are met with our analytics and records management offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support in the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients in the government and public safety sectors.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions to address customer requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of analytics and records management solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate product value and advantages.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and work with product development to enhance offerings based on customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the SaaS industry (pre-sales required).
• Strong understanding of government and public safety sectors.
• Experience with analytics and records management solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
