We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Remote Financial Wellness Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will mainly be responsible for delivery of top-quality financial counseling to corporate clients and lead financial workshops. All while working in a remote environment and being able to choose your own hours.

Remote Financial Wellness Instructor Duties and Responsibilities

• Help manage every aspect of our client's financial life, partnering, educating, and guiding them throughout the process to help them make well-informed financial decisions.
• Work with clients to identify and prioritize their goals and objectives to develop a customized financial plan and investment portfolio.
• Teach financial wellness workshops to corporate clients.
• Advise clients on current financial issues and make recommendations.
• Serve as a financial life coach for clients to help them identify their passions and achieve their goals/objectives by providing comprehensive financial planning and a high-quality client experience during every interaction.

Remote Financial Wellness Instructor Requirements and Qualifications

• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills.
• High-speed internet, quiet home office set up, and ability to take appointments telephonically or over video.
• 2+ years of client facing financial planning or teaching experience.
• Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and strong math skills.
• Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field; professional certification (e.g. CFP) is a plus
