What You’ll Do:

• Receive and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adapt to new challenges and changes with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.

Who You Are:

• A great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Customer-focused with a natural ability to empathize and solve problems.
• Reliable and able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
• Able to type at least 40wpm and take notes while keeping up a conversation.

Work Space Requirements:

• A quiet and dedicated workspace that allows for focused productivity.
• Alternative care for children under the age of 6
• A reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
• A noise-cancelling USB headset for clear communication during calls.
