Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their cruise preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations, tailoring cruise packages to meet their unique needs.
Destination Expertise: Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends, ship amenities, and travel regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
Booking Coordination: Manage end-to-end cruise bookings, including securing reservations, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line representatives and other travel partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive offers for our clients.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of client preferences, itineraries, bookings, and payments to ensure accurate documentation and efficient communication.
Qualifications:
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric focus, providing clients with clear, detailed information.
Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple client inquiries and cruise bookings simultaneously.
