About the Role
We are currently seeking driven and motivated individuals for our Remote Benefits Agent Internship Program . This role is ideal for college students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in life insurance sales, leadership, and client engagement while working from home.

As a Benefits Agent, you’ll:

• Use no-cost, warm leads generated from union members and their families to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Work remotely using phone and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
• Assist clients in selecting life insurance and supplemental benefit programs that meet their needs.
• Receive hands-on virtual training and mentorship to develop skills in sales, leadership, and customer relationship management.

This internship is a stepping stone to leadership , with the opportunity to advance to a team leadership role within 90 days based on your performance.
