Job Summary

Bayer is seeking a Reliability Technician with over 2 years of experience in reliability or maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in mechanical and/or electrical systems, along with knowledge of industrial networking.

Job Description

• This position will Identify and repair technical problems on a seed processing manufacturing facility.
• Maintaining and updating equipment.
• Assist with deployment of machine software, user support, troubleshooting and issue tracking and resolution of the issue.

Skills Required

• 2+ years’ experience in reliability or maintenance functions.
• The ideal candidate would be well-rounded in mechanical, and/or electrical knowledge with industrial networking knowledge.
• Self-motivation, organization and ability to document issues and resolutions will be key to success of this position.
• The site prefers someone with a technical background.
• Looking for ambition, self-starter, and "shade-tree mechanic" attitude.

Education/Training/Certifications

• 2–4-year technical degree, but experience will be adequate.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $23.00 to $28.50 per hour based on qualifications.
• Worker Shift Start Time - 08:00 AM
