Ensures compliance with intake processes and regulatory requirements. Assists with oversight of the call center staff. Answers inquiry from all persons with regards to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the coordination and disposition of patients presenting psychiatric symptoms from OC Prime Healthcare EDs including assessments and transfers.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current CA RN License
2. Current BLS
3. Current BVP within 6 months of hire
4. 2 years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred
5. Current LPS Designation Certificate.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $41.00 to $55.18. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
