Center on Aging and Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to fill a Dayshift position. This individual will assesses patient/resident care needs and assists in implementing appropriate action. Seeking a nurse that specializes in providing person centered nursing care. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with excellence in communication, strong leadership, a critical thinker, problem solver, excellent customer service and efficient organizational skills. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.
Qualifications include a current state nursing license
Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
