Job Description

K1ds Count Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team at K1ds Count Therapy. K1ds Count Therapy is an Indiana-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing pediatric services since 2014. Join a team of 300+ RBTs, BAs, outpatient therapists (ST, OT, PT, MH), administrative specialists, and leaders serving our centers in Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville as well as area schools. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
  • Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients in-line with Today’s ABA principles
  • Complete accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums
  • Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth
  • Provide summary of client’s therapy day at pick-up
  • Achieve and maintain RBT certification
  • Collaboration with other service providers (ST, OT, PT)

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in pediatrics or ABA preferred, but not required
  • Complete and pass initial background check
  • Complete and pass initial drug screening
