Regional Truck Driving Job – Based Out of Bakersfield, CA

We are now hiring CDL-A drivers for a refrigerated OTR regional driving job based out of Bakersfield, CA. This lane operates within the Western region, offering home time every two weeks.

Position Details:

• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Freight Type: Refrigerated
• Experience Required: 0-6 months (will train new drivers)
• Solo Driving Position
• Home Time: Bi-weekly
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 per week

Compensation:

• Drivers earn trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from 43 to 58 cents per mile, depending on route and experience.
• Weekly paychecks
• Monthly performance bonuses

• Skills: Exceptional backing required
• Responsibilities: Holiday work may be necessary
