Refrigeration Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and contractual maintenance on commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems
- Assist with installations and start-ups at client facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve refrigeration system issues
- Maintain accurate records and report any follow-up needs
- Communicate effectively with service coordinators and managers
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- High school diploma and technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration
- Advanced education in IR 1-19/CR 1-20 modules
- Advanced OEM training for equipment start-up and service
- CO2 refrigeration experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to travel up to 90% locally and possess a valid driver's license
- EPA and OSHA certifications required
