Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a brand ambassador, helping to showcase Vuori’s culture and values to candidates. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating candidate communication, interview coordination, and assisting with pre-boarding and onboarding processes. Your efforts will help attract, engage, and hire top talent, ensuring they have an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do: 

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and communication.
• Facilitate on-site candidate coordination when applicable.
• Post jobs on platforms such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and others.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• An excellent communicator with a passion for people.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Resourceful and resilient in managing challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in an HR or Recruiting support role is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $25.00 per hour - $27.00 per hour.
