Job Description

MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Newnan, GA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support, including screening and interviewing candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with Staffing Specialists to ensure a strong match between quality candidates and job openings. This role also supports administrative tasks such as receptionist duties and processing candidate orientations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in the staffing industry or manufacturing HR
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems
  • Associate's degree or 2-year degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Essential Functions
  • Complete various human resources tasks, primarily focused on recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Screen candidates, schedule appointments, and address applicant inquiries regarding open positions
  • Provide orientation information and essential data to new hires
  • Conduct background checks, education verifications, and drug testing
  • Manage recruitment communications, ensuring accurate information about vacancies, coordinating orientation activities, and enhancing office logistics while attending branch meetings
  • Offer overall administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining and processing documentation and records
  • Regularly review work orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and the Operations Manager to achieve staffing goals
  • Interview candidates for all transactional and project accounts
  • Source qualified candidates through online platforms such as the MAU website, Indeed, and job boards
  • Schedule interviews, pre-screening assessments, client interviews, and orientations
  • Communicate candidate status to the Staffing Specialist after orientation
  • Conduct monthly branch audits and maintain inventory for client-required items such as shirts and PPE
  • Assist with receptionist duties, including signing in candidates and helping applicants complete their applications
  • Maintain employment records and conduct audits in coordination with recruiting leadership
Supervisory Responsibility
  • There are no direct supervisory responsibilities. The highest performers will be team players who are well-versed in mentoring.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
