Elwood Staffing is hiring for an experienced bilingual recruiter in the Fort Collins, CO branch.

Recruiter Details - Direct Hire position
- $ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Find and hire associates to fill every job opening on time and in compliance with company policies and applicable gov't regulations
- Manage incoming orders from clients and enter detailed job descriptions
- Use social networks and industry connections to build a strong pipeline of candidates Interview and offer jobs/communicate rejections to candidates in a legal, timely manner
- Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
- Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates
- Consistently make quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain an open channel for customer feedback
- Create, review, and continually improve a strategic recruiting plan for the market
Recruiter Qualifications - Previous recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Able to have a flexible schedule
- Able to work in office everyday
- Some travel to local areas required
- Able to mutli-task on a daily and consistent basis
- Self-starter and adaptable
- Ability to interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
- Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversations
- Able to work in a very fast paced office environment
- Have a goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to invest in the pursuit of unlimited earning potential
