Job Description

The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments within our organization. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and attract candidates who align with our company culture and goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent across retail, hotel management, luxury residential living, and related areas
  • Employ various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
  • Collaborate closely with HR Partners to align recruitment efforts with company objectives, organizational design, onboarding, policies, and procedures
  • Manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage our brand and engagement across platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Yelp, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the success of sourcing strategies and hiring processes
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment KPIs, provide insights, and recommend process enhancements
  • Manage the Summer Intern Program, including university recruitment, selection, intern program design and execution. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work effectively in a fast-paces environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience Human Resources, specifically recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations governing hiring practices and negotiation processes

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
