Location: Chattanooga, TN (Onsite)

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This onsite role in our office involves managing recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring seamless staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate interviews, and offer letters.
• Provide exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
