Position: Records Management Project Manager

FT/PT Status: Full-Time Employment

Certification: OpenText Certification preferred (ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer etc.), PMP

Location: Remote (Office location is Fairfax, VA)

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.

Overview:
Kreative Technologies is in search of an experienced Records Management Project Manager who possesses comprehensive knowledge of OpenText Content Server and OpenText Records Management. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts and solutions to management and Government personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting project deadlines and milestones while providing daily leadership to the project.
• Provides subject matter expertise on general records management practices and standards.
• Possesses foundational knowledge of the Federal Records Act, DODI Records Management Program, and NARA 1571 Archival Storage Standards.
• Plans and executes new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency of DHA Records Management Systems.
• Develops OpenText ContentServer workflow, SQL Reports, Test Plans, etc.
• Explains technical concepts and solutions to information technology personnel, management, and government personnel in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Identifies needs and resolves complex technical issues by documenting and implementing solutions. Provides technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes.
• Manages IT projects providing technical documentation, reporting, resource estimates, problem resolution, and training.

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• OpenText Certification highly desired (ECM Consultant, Content Server Developer, etc.)
• PMP highly desired
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 7+ years of experience with the OpenText Content Server or OpenText Records Management (formerly Livelink ECM)
• 2+ years of experience with records management business processes.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Enterprise Records Management solutions for federal customers
• Experience in a DoD environment is highly desired
• Experience with Cloud Hosting, OpenText Process Suite software, etc. is a plus
