HouzAZ & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Showing Assistant who is enthusiastic about honing their skills in analytics, negotiation, and property scouting. In today's fast-paced market, possessing exceptional abilities and effectively communicating value to buyers is essential for thriving in the ever-changing real estate environment.

• A valid Arizona real estate license is required to join our team, but it is not necessary to apply.
• Our office is located at 17235 N 75th Ave, Suite C115, Glendale, AZ

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in using our state-of-the-art CRM system
