We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This full-time position involves assisting with apartment open houses, showing appointments, assisting other agents, and helping the administration department. • Attend the Company's Open Houses
• Attend all scheduled open houses hosted by the company
• Attend all scheduled showing appointments with potential renters
• Reach out to potential renters via phone calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary
• Assist Other Agents with Showing Appointments
• Provide assistance to fellow agents during showing appointments
• Assist Management and Administration
• Offer support to management and administrative tasks as required
• Maintain daily communication with the broker and manager to provide updates and discuss any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
