We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Independent Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team.

We are seeking a driven, Independent Real Estate Salesperson who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to run your own business while benefiting from our industry expertise and support. You will work closely with clients, helping them buy, sell, or lease properties while building long-term relationships. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to succeed.
• Access to reliable transportation for client meetings and property showings.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools (CRM systems, MLS, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• If you don't have your real estate license yet, we can help you get it.
