Responsibilities: • List and market residential real estate properties. • Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with both buyers and sellers. • Present compelling listing value propositions to potential sellers. • Guide and advise clients through every important step of the real estate buying or selling process. • Dedicate yourself to working diligently for clients, ensuring a fruitful outcome. • Educate clients on the latest changes in the real estate industry, specifically focusing on buyer agency.
