We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Responsibilities: • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues • Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job Qualifications: • Familiar with leasing regulations • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • A proven record of sales experience and success • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is Required About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
