We have an exciting summer internship opportunity available (June - August) at a fast-growing Real Estate Organization in South Florida! Level 5 leadership group is looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketing Intern to join our team. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate. This is an internship that provides valuable experience and a chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment as compensation. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing materials for property listings.
• Create and manage social media content related to real estate.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support property marketing strategies.
• Help organize and promote open houses and other real estate events.
• Support the team with client outreach and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong interest in real estate marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of real estate market trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
