Do you have a passion for real estate and a desire to help clients find the perfect home? The Missy Chandler Team is looking for a motivated Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support our agents by assisting with property showings, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring buyers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the real estate industry. It’s not a traditional 9-to-5 job—flexibility is key. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your real estate license promptly. Compensation & Schedule • $100,000+ expected first-year earnings (base + commission) • Full-time, 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Required to work 2 weekends per month • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Assist buyers by conducting property showings with professionalism and care • Communicate with clients, answering questions and providing clear updates • Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and listing agents • Support follow-up communication and ensure a seamless client experience • Represent the Missy Chandler Team at open houses and team events as needed Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain promptly) • Genuine interest in real estate and delivering outstanding client experiences • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools About Company: At the Missy Chandler Team, our mission is to create exceptional experiences for clients by supporting their real estate journey with the utmost care and professionalism.
