We have an exciting summer internship opportunity available (June - August) at a fast-growing Real Estate Organization in South Florida! Level 5 leadership group is looking for a motivated AI and Analytics Intern to join our team. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate. This internship provides valuable experience and a chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Gather and clean real estate data from multiple sources including listings, market reports, and public records for analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and insights that can inform real estate investment decisions.
• Risk Assessment: Analyze factors affecting real estate risk such as location, economic indicators, and market volatility to assist in risk management strategies.
• Collaborate on projects to optimize real estate portfolios through data-driven investment strategies and asset allocation.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings from data analysis and model outputs for stakeholders including investors, developers, and property managers.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a Relevant Degree Program: Pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, real estate finance, or a related field with a focus on analytics and AI.
• Strong Interest in Real Estate
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
• Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate concepts such as property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and contribute to the success of analytics projects in real estate.
