Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid, 4:1 schedule)

End Date: 05/31/2026 (possibility of extension depending on project fit)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant to join our Consumer & Commercial Analytics team . This role will focus on independent, end-to-end analysis and building scalable data solutions to support supply chain initiatives . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data visualization, governance, SQL, and business insights , with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the accomplishment of key goals across consumer and commercial analytics functions.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver sustainable data solutions .
Provide insights and recommendations through data-driven analysis.
Document and communicate system and analytics changes in clear, business-relevant language.
Validate KPIs and build SQL queries to measure business performance .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate data anomalies and outliers .
Establish data governance standards , from ingestion to product dictionaries and documentation.
Develop SQL queries and create data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot) for ad-hoc and recurring reporting.
Organize and transform large datasets into actionable insights .
Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and trend prediction to business problems.
Monitor data quality and remediate issues with corrupt or incomplete data.
Evaluate and leverage new technologies/tools for high-volume data processing.
Automate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Support best practices in reporting and analytics: data integrity, testing, validation, and documentation.
Provide independent, end-to-end support for analysis that informs product strategy, data architecture, and reporting decisions .
Requirements
Must-have Skills:
Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot
SQL development & data visualization
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience:
10+ years directly relevant experience (or equivalent per education/experience mix:
PhD/JD + 8 yrs,
Master's + 9 yrs,
Associate's + 11 yrs,
High School + 12 yrs)
Strong background as a business/process leader or industry expert .
Preferred:
Previous Nike experience (ability to jump into project quickly).
Knowledge of supply chain analytics .
Work Style:
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end analytics projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .
Other Requirements:
Must be onsite at Nike WHQ Beaverton on a hybrid 4:1 schedule .
Former Nike FTEs must observe a 180-day break in service before returning.
