Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team who is passionate about software development and quality assurance. If you have a solid background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), are skilled in MS Office and PowerPoint, and excel at effective communication, both written and verbal, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Utilize MS Office and PowerPoint to create detailed presentations and documentation.
- Communicate effectively in professional settings, including delivering presentations.
- Gather and document requirements to ensure clear and actionable project goals.
- Act as a Scrum Master and QA Lead or Manager, driving successful project outcomes.
- Administer Tableau Server and develop reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage PL/SQL skills to support development and data management needs.
- Provide overall quality assurance and training to ensure high standards of project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-10 years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle.
- 6-10 years of experience with MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and overall QA processes.
- Accredited Scrum Product Owner Certification from the International Institute.
- SAFe Scrum Master 5.0 Certification (Scaled Agile).
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and QA Lead or Manager.
- Experience in Tableau Server Administration and Report Development.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL.

- This position is currently remote due to COVID-19, with the possibility of transitioning to an in-office setting in the future.
