The position will serve as the SQA Software Tester assigned to the NCCRIS project at NCDIT-Transportation.
This position/role will provide both software manual and automation testing of new releases/upgrades to applications developed for the NCCRIS Project and applications developed internally by the NCDIT-Crash Team for NCCRIS. Project testing task include testing activities in collaboration with the application development teams; Unit Testing, System Testing, (Manual and Automation) Component Integration, system Integration, Regression, Performance and Disaster Recovery Testing.

Experience with VB scripting to create/modify code for test cases

Experience with identifying and resolve automation issues and challenges

Experience with Automated Testing products such as Tricentis Tosca, Cypress or Selenium, Jira. OpenText ALM and UFT

Experience with performing software testing with OpenText ALM and UFT

Experience with execution of the test cases and test scripts

Experience with Defect management and reporting
Required
Experience reviewing requirements documentation and design/develop test case coverage for system integration, regression and user acceptance testing.

Experience designing Test Plans, execute test cases/scenarios, and develop testing documentation and results reports for applications tested.

Graduation from a 4-year college or university with a degree in Computer Science or any related Information Technology concentration
